Rosado Tradeline Sdn Bhd is a project management company specialised in infrastructure, civil engineering, and mechanical & electrical construction works.
It is the policy of the company that all the construction activities shall be conducted in a responsible manner which will preserve the natural environment and protection of biodiversity.
To reinforce this commitment, the management and employee shall continuously improve our environmental management system performance through:-
- Prevention /minimization of pollution and impacts towards air, water, land and neighbourhood;
- Enabling 3R concept which is reduce, reuse and recycling of materials to minimize waste generation;
- Improvement of resources consumption efficiency and minimise usage of water and energy;
- Maintaining a high awareness of environmental issues in the workforce;
- Monitoring and compliance with the relevant environmental laws, standards, and practices.

The management & staff pledge to uphold and provide safe and healthy workplaces, and observe all applicable compliance obligations in all areas of company’s construction operations.
It is the responsibility of management to review and continuously improve our OH&S performance in the workplaces through:
- Co-operate and act responsibly among employees, clients, and contractors in implementing best practices and working environment to prevent all incidents and occupational diseases;
- Eliminate hazards and reduce OH&S risks in the workplaces;
- Promote OH&S awareness, program and provide training to our employees to achieve our objectives and targets;
- Create OH&S awareness via communication, consultation and participation with employees, clients, suppliers, visitors, and contractors, to fulfill local legal regulations and other requirements;
- Supporting workers’ rights in removal of themselves if there is an imminent threat to life and health without reprisal;
- Continual improvement of the OH&S management system.
